NutriSnAIp is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. Nutritional estimates generated by AI are approximations and may not be accurate. Always consult a healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making dietary changes. Do not rely solely on this app for managing medical conditions.

AI-Powered Features

• AI food analysis provides estimates only and may be inaccurate
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and food presentation
• The app should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions

Subscriptions

• NutriSnAIp Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in NutriSnAIp are owned by Diego Varela. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

Limitation of Liability

NutriSnAIp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app or reliance on its nutritional estimates.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
