NutriSnAIp (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Camera Access

The app uses your camera to photograph food for nutritional analysis. Photos are:

• Processed locally or sent to our AI service for analysis
• Not stored on any server after processing
• Not shared with third parties

Health & Nutrition Data

All calorie, macro, and nutrition tracking data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data is:

• Never transmitted to external servers
• Never shared with third parties
• Fully under your control

We Do NOT Collect:

• Personal information or account details
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Browsing history

AI Analysis

When you use the AI-powered food analysis feature (Pro subscription), your food photos are sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for nutritional analysis. These images are:

• Used solely to generate nutritional information
• Not stored by the AI service after processing
• Not used to train AI models

Purchase Information

If you subscribe to NutriSnAIp Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

Data Storage

All app data including food logs, calorie tracking, recipes, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is not accessible to us and is not transmitted anywhere.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API - Used for AI food photo analysis (Pro feature only). Subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat - Used for subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy

NutriSnAIp does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
